This
contract is an agreement between the team and Nike Swim. This agreement will remain in effect
throughout the entire period above, regardless of any coaching changes. The benefits and requirements of being a Nike
team are listed below.
TEAM BENEFITS
·
Gift with Suit Purchase: The team will receive a Nike
promotional item for each suit purchased (year 1: water bottle, year 2: string
backpack)
·
Hydra Championship suits: The team will receive 4 free Hydra
suits each year
·
Team Discount: On one team order each year, the
team will receive a 20% discount on Warm-ups and Backpacks through a Nike Team
Dealer.
·
Team Banner: Once per agreement, Nike will pay $50
towards the purchase of a team banner.

PRODUCT
REQUIREMENTS
- Suit Requirement: The team is required to purchase one Nike team
suit per team member each year through Friends Unlimited SWIMshop.
OUTFITTING
EXPECTATIONS
- Team Outfitting: Team outfitting will consist exclusively of
Nike Swim product.
- Coach
Outfitting: Entire coaching
staff must wear Nike outfitting exclusively at all competitions as well as
during any marketing or media opportunities.
No other
competitive brand can be promoted by a Nike Swim team unless specific swim
product is not currently offered by Nike Swim.
Staff
Polos: The team will purchase Nike
Swim polos for pool staff whenever possible.
Promotion of Nike brand: Nike brand will be promoted on all team newsletters,
web sites, meet programs and heat sheets.
Nike Swim will receive a full-page advertisement in the meet program and
all heat sheets for team hosted competitions.
Team dealer meet support: The team will have Friends Unlimited SWIMshop at all
hosted competitions with 100% Nike products.
No other swim brands may be promoted or sold at hosted competitions (with
the exception of specific swim products not currently offered by Nike Swim). Only Nike Swim banners can be displayed.
Nike Team Banner: If the team has taken advantage of the Nike banner assistance, they
must hang the banner at all competitions.
The terms and conditions of this proposal shall be
held confidential between the head coach, authorized team representative, and
Nike Swim.
